five key innovations

as China's driving force to deeply participate in the industrialization and promotion of this technical equipment, its relevant principals also participated in the acceptance meeting of this demonstration project. first, the country has provided detailed data for people to analyze. For the first time, it has completed the localization design and manufacturing of 25MW dual fuel gas turbine body and components, and mastered the independent design, manufacturing process, system integration technology and test methods of the whole machine

second, the dual fuel combustion chamber and fuel system of gas turbine have been developed for the first time in China, and the dual fuel switching logic of 25MW gas turbine has been designed for the first time, realizing high-performance combustion and stable fuel switching, and the switching time has been evaluated by experts to reach the international advanced level

third, the control technology of dual fuel gas turbine generator set has been developed, and the dynamic response capability of the unit has been improved through the verification and optimization of the dynamic response of isolated load changes

fourth, we have developed modular design and integration technology for gas turbine generator units applied to offshore platforms, integrated industrial chain resources, and independently developed 25MW dual fuel gas turbine generator units for offshore platforms, filling the domestic gap

fifthly, a complete gas turbine test platform has been developed to meet the test requirements of stable and dynamic operation performance, joint commissioning, fuel switching, load mutation and full load rejection of single/dual fuel multi type gas turbines and their generator units below 40mW

build an interactive business chain of production and research

It not only achieved a major breakthrough in gas turbine design, key component manufacturing, key materials, gas turbine test and assessment and other technical fields, but also made preparations for industrialization and trained a gas turbine operation and maintenance service team. In other words, this project has been market-oriented from the beginning, and it is a production research combination project of grounding gas, which shows that meeting the market demand has been deep into the research concept of applied technology research institutions. In the future, China power will work with 703 Institute to increase investment in batch production capacity, market promotion and service system, so as to truly transform this hard won achievement into marketable high-end equipment, promote the upgrading of the energy industry, and obtain rich economic benefits and extensive social benefits

Wang Shanjun said that in addition to gas turbine technology, China power has also promoted the application of chemical power, integrated electric propulsion, marine nuclear power and other technologies in a wider industrial layout

it is also understood that the orders of gas turbines for the west east gas transmission project undertaken by China power are also growing. In addition, this breakthrough in gas turbine technology for offshore platforms, it is believed that the "independent and controllable" path of key energy equipment in China's oil and gas field will be wider and wider, and will play an important role in ensuring the safety of national energy resources
